I will talk about the list of pros of having a workplace diversity and then explain
the benefits in more detail. For example, one of the obvious benefits about workplace
diversity is that it gives a variety of different opinions and perspectives. In a diversity
workplace, employees have different background, different characteristics, speak
different language, and different experiences. It benefits the company when it comes to
having a business strategy and how to execute. It is easier for them to find out about the
customer’s need and therefore it is easier for them to promote their service or product

of diversity in workplace is variety of opinions and perspectives, the same sentence can
be used again but this time as disadvantage. It is possible that the company generated too
much opinion which made it difficult to choose the right one because there is just too
