Generate a primary and two differential diagnoses.  Use the DSM5 to support the assessment.  Include the DSM5 and ICD 10 codes. Give rationales for your each differential diagnosis. How will you incorporate scholarship into your future nursing practice? Identify strategies that promotes transparency using high reliability and just culture principles. Name 3 differential diagnoses based on this patient presenting symptoms? Propose a change that is sensible both clinically and economically. Provide information about the incidence prevalence and pathophysiology of the disease/disorder to the cellular level. Read and watch the lecture resources & materials below early in the week to help you respond to the discussion questions and to complete your assignment(s).
