For this assignment, you will prepare a 5-minute video, no larger than 1 GB, about your role as a project manager during the DNP project implementation. You will film yourself as if you are actually presenting the information to your team members and stakeholders. You can upload the video as an MP4 from your computer device or smartphone.
Include the following in the video presentation:
  • Reflect on how your role as project managers influenced positive team dynamics to strengthen desired outcomes during the project implementation.,
  • Evaluate the impact of team dynamics and performance on the desired project outcomes.
In addition to the actual video submission, provide your video script in APA format, using three scholarly sources to support your opinions and ideas.

Comparison Group: A control group of healthcare providers from a similar hemodialysis unit not receiving the educational intervention was used for comparison.

Formative and Summative Criteria for Evaluation

Formative Evaluation: Conducted throughout the intervention to monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback. Includes participant feedback after each training session, observation of practice changes, and interim knowledge assessments.

Summative Evaluation: Conducted at the end of the intervention period to evaluate its overall effectiveness. Includes a final knowledge assessment, evaluation of changes in patient care practices, and patient outcome measures.
