There are two common treatment options for people living with chronic kidney
diseases; kidney transplant and dialysis. Many people always prefer kidney transplant to
dialysis because it leads to long life. Patients who undergo kidney transplant are able to live
as long as they would have lived before their kidneys failed. The transplant also frees a
patient from strict schedules and pain that is involved during dialysis sessions.
This review utilizes the five processes that were developed by Whitter and Knafl
(2005) to improve quality. The five processes use an optimized approach that employs either
theoretical or empirical methodologies in every stage of the review. Unlike other approaches,
it employs the optimized approach in the analysis stage which is the least developed aspect in
the process. Kidney Transplant; Find out more

Data analysis and Review presentation

The method chosen for analyzing the data of Whittemore and Knafl (2005) integrative
reviews involved four steps. The first step involved extraction of data from each individual
study. The data extracted in this step was recorded in tables. The second step involved
converting and combining the collected data. The data was primarily converted and combined
to allow the perpetrators of the study to observe similarities and differences across the
studies. The third step involved examination of the data from different point of views. The
final step involved analysis inimical to the data earlier extracted. Order
Theory-based intervention

The theory on intervention is an important tool used by researchers to measure and
thereafter give a detailed account of how change occurs. It can also tell when not to expect
change. Both the past failed and successful findings are important as they inform future
research. It is, however, more important to ensure that theories go all around intervention and
testing.

Patients with ESKD conditions are advised to use HRQoL because it is the best
predictor of clinical outcomes. Poor HRQoL for instance could indicate that dialysis patients
are at risk of hospitalization or even death (Yang et al., 2018).
The review found out that there was a huge imbalance between the years 0.3 and 13
of peritoneal dialysis (CAPD). Studies done in the past to find out the quality of life of
patients who receive PD catheter proved that the relationship between dialysis and HRQoL
scores in terms of duration was minor. (Al Wakeel et al., 2009; Ginieri-Coccossis et al.,
2008). Kidney Transplant
