Leadership models are the structures that explain the attributes that make a great leader. It can also mean a theoretical framework that explains how an individual manages employees. Leadership styles are the patterns followed by a leader in pursuit of greatness. This means a combination of personality, workplace culture, ideas, and experience pooled from different models. Leadership models and styles are classified according to how an individual behaves while directing, motivating, and guiding groups of people.
Exploring Leadership Models in Healthcare Teams
The models and styles provide a structure that organizational leaders can use to define the methods that fit their work style and personality. The leadership models and styles do not exist in a vacuum, and this makes it possible for individuals to possess elements of more than one model.
