Essential the to the implementation of your DNP Project is the effective and successful planning of your project. ,To that end, in this Assignment you will develop essential or core design and planning documents to document your DNP Project.
This includes drafts of any materials you will use for implementation (clinical practice guideline draft, pre- and post- surveys, education teaching plan, etc…) You will also meet with your DNP Project mentor to review your proposed action plan for your DNP project.

TO PREPARE
- Review the DNP Project Process Guide provided in the Learning Resources.
- Review the Action Planning Tool and GANTT Chart provided in the Learning Resources.
- Review the Checklists provided in the DNP capstone resources website and select the Checklist that is most applicable to your DNP Project (this will align with the Site Approval Form you submitted in Phase I).
- Complete the necessary forms for this Step, all materials to be sued for the implementation (clinical practice guideline draft, pre- and post- surveys, education teaching plan, etc…) and upon completion of your documents, plan a meeting with your project mentor.
- Note: You will need to document the details of this meeting and submit your minutes of this meeting using the Minutes template provided in the Learning Resources.
