Purpose Implement organizational behavior and change effectiveness (PSLO 4) Instructions Consider the organization that was the subject of your budget presentation. If this organization could merge with another, what would be the most beneficial situation? Describe the ideal merge partner and explain why. Include issues related to growth, stability, cash flow, personnel, and strategic objectives. Discuss at least one likely negative outcome of such a merger.
If your organization was a governmental entity, consider other governmental divisions, departments, or entities with which it could merge. Students will respond and interact with others to address questions based on the learning materials for this week. Students have the option of writing out their post or recording a video (recommended with the integrated Vidgrid tool). Initial dialogue posting (2 points) should be around 400 words or between two and three minutes of video.
This posting should include information from the course material and two peer-reviewed journals.
