Barrack Obama is the leader I admire and respect. Obama is an American politician affiliated to the Democratic Party. He was born on August 4, 1961 and served as the 44th president in the United States. He held the presidential office beginning January 2009 to January 2017. Obama served as president for two terms. Before being elected as president, Obama served Illinois state as a senator from 2005 to 2008. He is said to be the first ever African American to become president of the United States. I would characterize President Obama’s leadership style as Laissez-Faire. This is because he did not only lead the country but also coached others in his tenure. It is said that Obama was greatly revered by Americans especially those from his home state Illinois and Chicago where he earlier served as a senator. Barrack Hussein Obama’s Leadership read more
