You are requested to identify the Human resource and payroll gaps in the attached HR Manual as
per the South African Labor Law (easily found online) and the by using the appropriate structure,
style, tone, and language, write a Report in which you propose the possible
solutions/recommendations on how the organisation can address the Human resource and payroll
gaps identified.
I am confident you are already aware of the structure of a report. That said, I expect this report to
include the items below.

 Procedure for gathering information.
 Findings.
 Conclusions.
 Recommendations.
 List of references.
Referencing:
You are allowed to use as many references as you want, as long as you’re using in-text referencing
and ensuring that your Reference List at the end of the report is accurate.
Unfortunately, the majority of writers on samedayessay.com are not that familiar with Harvard
referencing and they end up making lots and lots of crucial mistakes, which is a shame because
references are worth 5% of the grade. I have attached a Referencing Manual as a guide for you to
make sure that everything is properly referenced.

1. The Module Guide has only been uploaded for you to understand what the task is about and
how it connects to the other tasks. You are only required to do Task 4 mentioned in page 8
(which is already mentioned in the task brief).
2. Including Illustrations in the report would be really appreciated (If possible/when applicable).
3. Refrain from using abbreviations.
4. The company name has been replaced with XXX in the HR Manual as it was done for legal
reasons. You should leave it as “XXX Company” in your report as a start and I will edit it myself
later on once I discuss it with my tutor.
