Assignment Directions
Develop a workflow of your DNP project.
- Write a 5- page document (excluding the title and reference pages).
- Describe each step of the workflow process and how you incorporated them into your project.
- Provide an evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of the informatics tools and databases used in the DNP project.
- Develop a schematic or visual representation of the workflow process of your DNP project.
- Support your content with a minimum of three scholarly, peer-reviewed sources external to those assigned for this unit.

- Initiation: This is where the workflow begins, involving the identification of tasks and their objectives.
- Planning: In this step, the tasks are organized, resources are allocated, and timelines are set.
- Execution: This is the phase where tasks are carried out as planned. Proper execution requires adherence to the plan and efficient task management.
- Monitoring: Here, the progress is tracked to ensure everything is on course. Monitoring allows for adjustments to be made if there are any deviations from the plan.
- Completion: Finally, the workflow concludes with the delivery of the end result and assessment of the process.
